Надпластичність металів у сучасній техніці та технології

Анотація
На цей час великий інтерес становлять дослідження структурної надпластичности (НП), оскільки використання цього режиму в технологіях оброблення металів тиском уможливлює за одну операцію одержувати деталі різної форми (з високою точністю повторення навіть дуже складної форми); водночас потрібні менші енергетичні та матеріяльні ресурси (відносно малі тиски та зношування інструментів) порівняно з деформуванням у режимі «звичайної пластичности». Іншими перевагами використання структурної НП є поліпшені фізико-механічні характеристики готового виробу: ліпша якість поверхні після деформування, високі показники пластичности за підвищених температур, підвищена міцність за близьких до кімнатної температур без пониження пластичности (найчастіше відбувається зростання показників пластичности), підвищена циклічна міцність, твердість, опір ударній в’язкості, підвищена корозійна стійкість, а також відсутність анізотропії властивостей після надпластичного деформування.
